Baked Feta With Tomatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven:
    to 200°C top/bottom heat or 180°C fan-assisted.
  2. Prep:
    • Halve the tomatoes.
    • Finely chop the garlic or slice it thinly.
    • Cut the onion into thin rings (if using).
    • Place the feta in ovenproof dishes or on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (e.g., two small baking dishes or one larger one).
  3. Assemble everything:
    • Arrange the tomatoes around the feta.
    • Sprinkle garlic, onions, and seasoning blends on top.
    • Drizzle with olive oil.
    • Add chili flakes to taste.
  4. Bake:
    Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, until the feta is lightly golden and the tomatoes have softened.
  5. Serve:
    Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately with warm bread.
