- Preheat the oven:

- Place the feta in ovenproof dishes or on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (e.g., two small baking dishes or one larger one).
- Assemble everything:
- Arrange the tomatoes around the feta.
- Sprinkle garlic, onions, and seasoning blends on top.
- Drizzle with olive oil.
- Add chili flakes to taste.
- Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for about 20–25 minutes, until the feta is lightly golden and the tomatoes have softened. - Serve:
Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately with warm bread.
