In a large pot or Dutch oven, cook the bacon over medium heat without oil until crispy.
Add the diced onions and bell pepper pieces to the bacon and cook together for 3–5 minutes until they soften.
Stir in the baked beans, BBQ sauce, and ketchup.
Add peach (diced or in pieces), "Whisky in the Jar" seasoning blend, and a splash of whiskey, then mix everything thoroughly.
Simmer uncovered over low heat for 1–1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until the beans are creamy and glossy.
Season to taste with extra BBQ sauce, "Whisky in the Jar", salt and pepper, or a splash of whiskey.
Serve warm as a side with grilled and BBQ dishes (e.g., pulled pork, ribs, burgers).
