Curry Dip with Dates – Creamy Spread in 5 Minutes | Rock’n’Rubs “Curry Dip”

Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese, sour cream, or a vegan alternative (not a light product)
  • 2–3 tsp "Curry Dip" from Rock'n'Rubs
  • 5–6 dried dates, pitted

    Prepare the dates

    Pit 5–6 dried dates (if not already pitted) and chop them very finely.

    Stir the base until smooth

    Mix 200 g cream cheese, sour cream, or a vegan alternative (not a light product) in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

    Season

    Stir in 2–3 tsp Rock'n'Rubs "Curry-Dip".

    Fold in the dates

    Thoroughly mix in the chopped dates. Finish with 1–2 teaspoons of lemon or lime juice to taste.

    Let it rest

    Cover and let sit for 10–20 minutes (ideally 1 hour in the fridge) to allow the flavors to meld.

    Serve

    Serve with potatoes or potato wedges, veggie sticks, baguette or crackers, or as a bread spread.

Tip

  1. - For extra creaminess, stir in 1 tsp olive oil.
    - Keeps for 2–3 days in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.
