Finger Food Shrimp with Lemon-Ginger Dip

Finger Food Shrimp with Lemon-Ginger Dip & “Shrimply the Best!” by Rock’n’Rubs (perfect for buffets, appetizers, or party snacks)

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • For the shrimp:
  • 400 g cooked shrimp (with or without shells, as preferred)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–1.5 tsp "Shrimply the Best!" by Rock'n'Rubs
  • A little freshly chopped parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges for serving
  • For the dip:
  • 100 g crème fraîche or Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp "Shrimply the best!" by Rock'n'Rubs
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Optional: a little zest from an organic lemon
  • Optional: 1 tsp honey (if you want to highlight the sweetness)

Preparation

Shrimp (served cold or warm):

    Toss the shrimp in a bowl with olive oil and seasoning blend.

    Briefly toast in a hot pan or on the grill for 1–2 minutes, just to activate the aroma (do not overcook).

    Alternatively: Toss the shrimp with the seasoning blend & oil and let them marinate well (ideally for 30 minutes in the refrigerator).

    Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges.

Dip

  1. 5

    Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth.

    Season to taste – adjust with more lemon juice as desired.

  3. 7

    Chill until ready to serve.

Serving suggestion

    Arrange on a platter with the shrimp, lemon wedges, and the dip in a small bowl.

    Add toothpicks or cocktail sticks for mess-free finger food.
