Flame-Grilled Salmon
Ingredients for 6 servings
- 1 side of salmon
- Olive oil
- 1 flaming salmon board

Preparation
- Pat the salmon fillet dry and remove any bones if necessary. Rub with a little oil and season with "How much is the Fish". Grill over the fire or in a closed grill until it reaches an internal temperature of about 55°C.
