- Lightly oil the grill grate or let it self-oil by preheating.
- Grill the steaks:
- Place the steaks on the hot grill.
- Grill for about 4–6 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until a nice crust forms.
- Flip once – avoid turning too often.
- Optional: let rest briefly over indirect heat (edge zone) to keep them juicy inside.
- Serve:
- Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then serve immediately.
