Grilled Pork Neck Steaks “Magic Dust”

Ingredients for 4 servings:

Preparation

  1. Prepare the marinade:
  • Mix “Magic Dust” with the oil.
  1. Marinate the meat:
  • Rinse the steaks and pat dry.
  • Rub evenly with the marinade.
  • Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (even better: overnight).
  1. Prepare the grill:
  • Preheat the grill to direct, medium-high heat (about 180–220 °C).
  • Lightly oil the grill grate or let it self-oil by preheating.
  1. Grill the steaks:
  • Place the steaks on the hot grill.
  • Grill for about 4–6 minutes per side (depending on thickness) until a nice crust forms.
  • Flip once – avoid turning too often.
  • Optional: let rest briefly over indirect heat (edge zone) to keep them juicy inside.
  1. Serve:
  • Let rest for 1–2 minutes, then serve immediately.
