Korn Tea Highball
A grain spirit served Highball-style, just like Japanese whisky, opens up a world of possibilities. Japanese Highballs are famous for their lightness, clarity, and freshness—perfect for highlighting the spirit’s unique character.
Green tea adds depth and balance—like a mellow ballad in the set. Delicate green tea meets Korn & soda. Subtle notes, deep resonance—just like a ballad in the set.
Ingredients
- 5 cl Korn schnapps
- 7 cl lightly brewed, cooled green tea (e.g., Sencha or Hojicha)
- 3 cl soda water
- large ice cubes
- Garnish: lemon zest
Preparation

Prepare the glass
Use a tall glass (such as a highball or long drink glass).

Pour in the Korn
Pour the Korn into the glass first as your base.

Add ice
Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes - the colder, the better.

Pour into a blender
Slowly and carefully pour the mixer (such as lemonade, soda, or energy drink) over the ice.
Do not stir! This keeps the carbonation intact – just like in Japanese highballs. - 5

Serve immediately - ice cold, loud & clear, just like real rockstars.
