Korn-Ume Highball

Ingredients
- 5 cl Korn schnapps
- 2 cl Umeshu (Japanese plum wine, or alternatively a plum liqueur)
- 8 cl soda water
- large ice cubes
- Garnish: plum slice or cocktail cherry
Preparation

Prepare the glass
Use a tall glass (such as a highball or long drink glass).

Pour in the Korn
Pour the Korn into the glass first as your base.

Add ice
Fill the glass to the brim with ice cubes – the colder, the better.

Pour into a blender
Slowly and carefully pour the mixer (such as lemonade, soda, or energy drink) over the ice.
Do not stir! This keeps the carbonation intact – just like Japanese highballs. - 5

Serve immediately – ice cold, loud & clear, just like real rockstars.
