Mango Muesli Bitch

Mango Muesli with “Geiler Scheizzz – Die Zitrus-Bitch” by Rock’n’Rubs

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • For the base:
  • 3–4 tbsp rolled oats (alternatively: multigrain flakes)
  • 100 ml milk or plant-based drink (e.g., oat, almond, or coconut drink)
  • A pinch of salt
  • For the mango purée:
  • 1 ripe mango (alternatively: 150 g frozen mango, thawed)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1/2 tsp "Geiler Scheizzz – Die Zitrus-Bitch" by Rock'n'Rubs
  • Toppings:
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 2–3 tbsp crunchy muesli or granola
  • 1 tbsp coconut chips
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Fresh mango cubes

Preparation

    Prepare porridge

    Bring the oats, milk, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small saucepan. Simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring constantly, until you have a creamy porridge. Let cool slightly or serve warm.

    Make mango purée

    Peel the mango and remove the flesh from the pit. Blend it finely with lime juice and the seasoning blend.

    Plating

    Spoon the porridge into a bowl. Add the mango puree on top or alongside. Garnish with banana slices, muesli or granola, coconut chips, mango cubes, and chia seeds. If desired, season to taste with “Geiler Scheizzz – Die Zitrus-Bitch.”
