  • 1–2 tbsp Rock'n'Rubs Mediterranean Dip

    Stir 200 g cream cheese, sour cream, or a vegan alternative (not a light product) in a bowl until smooth and creamy.

    Season

    Stir in 1–2 tbsp Rock'n'Rubs "Mediterraner-Dip" until everything is evenly combined.

    Optional: add your own twist

    If desired, crumble feta and/or finely dice sun-dried tomatoes and fold them in (they’re a perfect match).

    Season to taste

    If desired, finish with 1 tsp olive oil, a splash of lemon juice, and a little pepper (salt is usually not needed).

    Serve with baguette or veggie sticks – also great as a bread spread.
