Crème fraîche and mayonnaise are stirred together in a bowl until smooth, then seasoned with the fries seasoning "Roasted Garlic & Cheese." Chill the dip until ready to serve to let the flavors develop.
Gently clean the mushrooms with a cloth without washing them. Large mushrooms can be halved, while smaller ones are left whole. Cut the onion into large cubes or rings, and finely chop the parsley.
In a large skillet, heat butter or oil over high heat. Add the mushrooms without any salt and sauté them on high. After three to four minutes, add the onions and, if desired, a bit of garlic. Continue to cook until the mushrooms are golden brown and the onions are soft. Finish by seasoning with Rock'n'Rubs fries seasoning "Truffle Deluxe" and fold in plenty of parsley.
Serve the mushrooms hot and garnish with fresh parsley. Add the dip on the side or directly on top of the mushrooms and enjoy – just like at the Christmas market.
