Onion Ring Chips with Dip

Onion Ring Chips with Dip & Fries Seasoning “Roasted Garlic & Cheese” by Rock’n’Rubs

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 onions
  • 150 g grated Parmesan
  • 2–3 tsp Roasted Garlic & Cheese fries seasoning from Rock'n'Rubs
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • parchment paper

Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat)

    Cut the onions into rings about 1 cm thick and remove the inner rings, leaving only the thick outer rings.

    2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper

    Place the Parmesan on the baking paper, leaving a little space between each portion.
    Gently press the onion rings onto the Parmesan and brush them with oil. Then sprinkle the fries seasoning over the top.

    Bake

    Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
