    Choose dish

    Perfect with steak, burgers, poultry, fish & seafood, grilled vegetables, fries & bowls.

    As a base seasoning (optional)

    Before grilling or frying, lightly coat your food with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of chili rub. Let it sit briefly to absorb the flavors.

    Prepare

    Grill, fry, or smoke meat or vegetables as usual.

  4. 4

    As a finishing touch (recommended)

    Just before serving, sprinkle a pinch over the finished dish – adds fire, freshness & crunch.

    Dosage

    To taste:
    – Mild: ¼–½ tsp per serving
    – Medium: ½–1 tsp per serving
    – Hot: 1–1½ tsp per serving
    Tip: It’s best to add the seasoning gradually.

    Combine

    Perfect with lime juice, herb butter, aioli or mayo, honey or maple glaze, or a few jalapeño rings.

Usage
