Greek Vinaigrette in 2 Minutes – with olive oil, red wine vinegar & Rock’n’Rubs “Another GREEK in the wall”
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey

Mix
In a small bowl or screw-top jar, combine 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp red wine vinegar, 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey, and 1 tbsp "Another GREEK in the wall".

Emulsify
Whisk together or close the jar and shake vigorously for 20–30 seconds until a smooth vinaigrette forms.

Season to taste
Taste and adjust as desired with a little extra vinegar (for more freshness) or oil (for a milder flavor). Add pepper to taste.
