Pat your grilling food (steak, burger, poultry, fish, or vegetables) dry and let it come to room temperature.
Grill or fry to your desired doneness. After a short rest at the table, sprinkle with "The Winner Steaks It All – Classic Style."
Dosage: Season to taste; as a starting point, use 1–2 pinches per serving. For thick steaks, lightly season both sides.
Lightly brush your food with oil and sprinkle a small amount of the seasoning blend on top. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes, then cook as desired.
Note: When grilling over very high direct heat (such as with a Beefer or Sizzle Zone), it's best to season after cooking—otherwise, pepper or chili can burn.
