Lightly crush a small pinch of salt flakes between your fingers and sprinkle evenly over the dish.
Guideline: 1–2 pinches per serving (approx. 0.3–0.5 g), adjust to taste.
Sprinkle on just before serving to keep the crunch & crystal structure intact.
Alternative: Also suitable as a base seasoning before grilling (lightly salt both sides).
