Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until chunky or smooth, as desired.
Add lime juice, a splash of olive oil, finely chopped garlic, onion, and fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley). Season to taste with Rock'n'Rubs "The Winner Steaks it All".
For extra heat, stir in a few chili rings or some chili flakes. Adjust the creaminess with lime juice or olive oil.
Let the spread rest, covered, for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Spread on fresh bread or toast and sprinkle a pinch of "The Winner Steaks it All" on top. Optionally, garnish with chili rings, coriander leaves, or sesame seeds.
Lime juice prevents browning. Cover airtight with plastic wrap directly on the surface and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
