Spicy Avocado Spread – creamy & quick | with lime, herbs & Rock’n’Rubs “The Winner Steaks it All”

Ingredients for about 2–3 servings:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp lime juice (alternatively lemon juice)
  • 1 tsp olive oil (optional: infused with chili)
  • 1 small clove of garlic (finely grated)
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped red onion or spring onion
  • 1 tsp finely chopped cilantro or parsley
  • "The winner steaks it all – Chili Style" by Rock'n'Rubs (to taste)

Preparation

Step-by-step instructions

    Prepare the avocado

    Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash with a fork until chunky or smooth, as desired.

    Season & enhance

    Add lime juice, a splash of olive oil, finely chopped garlic, onion, and fresh herbs (such as cilantro or parsley). Season to taste with Rock'n'Rubs "The Winner Steaks it All".

    Adjust heat & texture

    For extra heat, stir in a few chili rings or some chili flakes. Adjust the creaminess with lime juice or olive oil.

    Let it sit briefly

    Let the spread rest, covered, for 5–10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

    Finishing & Serving

    Spread on fresh bread or toast and sprinkle a pinch of "The Winner Steaks it All" on top. Optionally, garnish with chili rings, coriander leaves, or sesame seeds.

TIP:

  1. Lime juice prevents browning. Cover airtight with plastic wrap directly on the surface and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 day.
