  • ½ red onion
  • 1 small green chili (mild or hot, to taste)
  • 1 handful fresh herbs (e.g., parsley, cilantro, or Thai basil)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp lime juice or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1–2 tsp "The winner steaks it all – Chili Style" by Rock'n'Rubs
