Gently fold in the cheese at the end.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the stems from the mushrooms, fill them with the meat mixture, and carefully wrap each one with half or a whole slice of bacon, depending on the size. Secure the bacon with a toothpick.<\/p>\n<p>Cook over indirect heat at around 180\u00b0C until the internal temperature reaches about 70\u00b0C.
