Mix \u201cTequila Sunrise\u201d with a little olive oil and lightly brush the chicken with it.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Lay a slice of bacon on a cutting board, place the chicken on top, add half a slice of cheese, and carefully roll it up. Repeat with the remaining ingredients and secure two rolls at a time on a skewer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Cook over indirect heat at around 160\u2013200\u00b0C until the internal temperature reaches about 72\u00b0C.
