Saut\u00e9 the mushrooms and padron peppers with a bit of olive oil and season with \u201cThe Winner Steaks it All\u201d seasoning blend. After a few minutes, add the tomatoes, season them as well, and fry the bacon.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, prepare the chimichurri sauce using \u201cDon\u2019t Cry for Me Argentina!\u201d, olive oil, and red wine vinegar according to the instructions on the package.<\/p>\n<p>For each egg, add a tablespoon of chimichurri sauce to the plancha and crack the egg directly into it. Sprinkle with \u201cThe Winner Steaks it All\u201d from above, cook slowly to your preferred doneness, then garnish and serve with bacon and chives.
