{"id":4580,"date":"2025-06-12T08:17:26","date_gmt":"2025-06-12T06:17:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rocknrubs.de\/rezept\/cheesy-bacon-potato-skins\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T15:00:40","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T14:00:40","slug":"cheesy-bacon-potato-skins","status":"publish","type":"rezept","link":"https:\/\/rocknrubs.de\/en\/recipe\/cheesy-bacon-potato-skins\/","title":{"rendered":"Twice-Baked Potato Halves with Bacon &#038; Cheddar"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Preparation:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Cook &amp; prep the potatoes<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 200\u202f\u00b0C top\/bottom heat.<\/li>\n<li>Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cook them with the skins on in lightly salted water for about 20 minutes \u2013 they should be cooked through but still firm.<\/li>\n<li>Let them cool slightly, then cut in half lengthwise.<\/li>\n<li>Use a small spoon to scoop out a little from each half (not too much, just enough to make a small well).<\/li>\n<li>Place on a baking sheet (cut side up), brush with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with Bacon &amp; Cheese fries seasoning.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>Fry the bacon<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy.
