Slice the tomatoes, wash and chop the arugula. Cut the onions into thin rings and place everything in a bowl. Feta cheese or mini mozzarella balls are also a great addition (to taste).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For the dressing, let 3 tablespoons of \u201cDon\u2019t cry for me Argentina!\u201d soak in a little water. Then add 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar and 10 tablespoons olive oil. Stir, season to taste, and you\u2019re done.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well.
