• Cut the chicken breast into long strips (about 2–3 cm wide).
• Marinate in a bowl with Bacon Wings, honey, and olive oil.
• Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (overnight is even better).
- Thread each chicken strip onto a wooden skewer.
- Wrap each one with a slice of bacon in a spiral - the bacon keeps the meat juicy and adds flavor.
• Preheat the grill to medium heat.
• Grill the chicken sticks for about 10–12 minutes, turning regularly, until the bacon is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
• Preheat the air fryer to 180 °C (if your model requires it).
• Place the prepared skewers side by side in the basket (do not overlap).
• Cook for about 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
• Depending on your model, you can increase the temperature to 200 °C for the last 2–3 minutes to make the bacon extra crispy.
Optional: Add a small sprig of rosemary or thyme to the basket for extra flavor.
• Heat a little oil in a nonstick pan.
• Fry the sticks on all sides over medium heat for about 12–14 minutes, finishing with the lid on if needed.
- Preheat the oven to 200 °C fan.
- Place the chicken sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, then switch on the broiler for a short time at the end so the bacon gets nice and crispy.
