In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with "Aloha Hawaii", lemon juice, garlic, maple syrup, and the fresh herbs. Taste and adjust the seasoning—depending on the intensity of the seasoning blend, you may want to add a little less extra salt.
Using kitchen scissors or a sharp knife, make a lengthwise cut along the top of the shell and carefully remove the meat, making sure to leave it attached at the tail end.
Brush the lobster tails with a little olive oil and drizzle about one-third of the seasoned butter over the meat. Let them marinate briefly (10–15 minutes at room temperature).
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (direct heat).
Place the lobster tails meat side up on the grill rack (or in a grill pan).
Grill for about 6–8 minutes, until the meat is white and slightly opaque. Meanwhile, brush with the remaining seasoned butter.
Towards the end of the grilling time, place the lobster tails directly under the heat source for a short time so the topping caramelizes slightly.
