Gently heat the pulled pork (ready-to-eat, smoked) and the Peachy Bourbon BBQ Beans. Drain the coleslaw. Optionally, fry the bacon until crispy. Have the BBQ sauce ready.
Prepare 300–400 ml heatproof jars or cups.
Add some pulled pork and top with a dollop of BBQ sauce.
Add a layer of BBQ beans on top.
Layer pulled pork, BBQ sauce, and beans again until the jar is about two-thirds full.
Top with half Cole Slaw and half sour cream (or crème fraîche).
Drizzle with a little BBQ sauce and, if you like, garnish with a slice of crispy bacon. Serve warm and enjoy.
Tip: A mildly sweet and fruity BBQ sauce pairs especially well with your pulled pork seasoned with Rock'n'Rubs "Sweet Rub of Mine."
