- Juice of one lime
- 1 tbsp Sriracha chili sauce

Stir together
In a bowl, mix 100 ml mayonnaise, the juice of one lime, and 1 tablespoon Sriracha chili sauce until smooth.

Season to taste
Adjust the heat by adding more or less Sriracha. If needed, balance the flavor with a pinch of salt and a touch of honey or sugar.
Consistency tip: For a thicker sauce, add a bit more mayo; for a thinner consistency, use a splash of lime juice or water. - 3
Pour into containers & let it infuse
Pour into a squeeze bottle and let infuse in the fridge for 10–15 minutes.
