Loaded Crispy Smashed Potatoes
Crispy smashed potatoes with a creamy center and loads of toppings. The potatoes are baked until golden brown, seasoned with Bacon Cheese, and served with cheddar, sour cream, scallions, chives, and optional bacon.
Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 800 g small baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil

2–3 tsp Fries-Powder “Bacon Cheese” - 150 g cheddar, grated
- 150 g crème fraîche or sour cream (Dip Dip Hurra – Sour Cream)
- 2 spring onions
- crispy fried bacon cubes (optional)
- fresh chives
Preparation

Boil the potatoes for about 18 minutes until tender.

Place on a baking sheet and flatten with a glass.

Brush with olive oil.

Bake at 220 °C for 30–35 minutes until golden brown.

Season immediately after baking with the Bacon Cheese fries seasoning.

Sprinkle cheddar on top and bake for another 3–5 minutes.

Serve with Dip Dip Hurra “Sour Cream”, spring onions, chives, and bacon if desired.
